What we love: The Michelin Star restaurant Le Cap and the sheer amount of space of the gardens.
Le Couvent des Minimes

Le Couvent des Minimes is a luxury hotel experience in the provençal town of Mane, set in a 17th century convent. The quiet landscape will quickly thaw the winter off your mind and if that’s not enough, the excellent L’Occitane Spa will. A few days here is the ideal way to start off Spring.
What we love: Quiet and traditional but definitely not old fashioned! The hotel’s contemporary interiors are sleek and sexy and the Spa alone is worth the visit.
Villa d’Este

The Villa d’Este’s gardens are considered one of the most beautiful in the world and it really comes into its own during spring. Set on the shores of the sparkling Lake Como, this hotel and the surrounding area has been a luxury retreat for Italy’s well heeled ever since Roman times and it’s easy to see why.
What we love: The garden that well and truly deserves UNESCO heritage site status. Spending the afternoon in the infinity pool on Lake Como is a close second.
Belmond Hotel Caruso

One of the beautiful places to stay on the Amalfi coast. Set in a 11th century palace, the Belmond Hotel Caruso treats guests to an exceptionally beautiful infinity pool and its proximity to the Roman city of Pompeii means you can get a great culture trip on your spring break.
What we love: Sipping on a cocktail at the poolside bar. The view is truly to die for.
Bastide des Gordes

If you’re looking for a hotel experience that’ll play on your imagination after you’ve left, try la Bastide des Gordes, but be warned, it may prove hard to beat afterwards. What we like: The views over the Vallée, the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant, the roman steam baths in the Sisley Spa…. in other words, everything.

What we love: Two Michelin Star restaurants is nothing to scoff at and the intimate atmosphere of the hotel will leave you charmed.
Le Sirenuse
