Four reasons to get hyped about the Four Seasons

After taking the helm of the iconic Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat, you might have expected the Four Seasons to take it easy for the rest of 2015, after all there is only so much of the grandiose one can take… but thank god that’s not the case, because we can definitely squeeze in a little bit more.

The Four Seasons are set to cause waves in the industry with new openings in the cities of Casablanca, Bogotá and Seoul, all scheduled for late 2015.

Four Seasons Bogota

As a testament to Columbia’s economic progress and South America’s growing market for luxury and business travellers, the city of Bogotá will soon be welcoming two Four Seasons hotels for the first time in the history.

Guests visiting Bogotá will be able to choose between the Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina or the Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá and each hotel will be offering a very distinctive taste of the city.

Four Seasons Bogota

The Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina is right in the city’s financial district and the historical hotel (formerly the Hotel Casa Medina Bogota) with its particular architecture is considered a monument of cultural interest by the Colombian government. The new hotel promises to add to the Zona G’s elite culinary scene with a brand new tapas restaurant and what will no doubt be one of the best spa’s in Bogota.

On the other hand the Four Seasons Hotel Bogota (formerly the Hotel Charleston Bogota) will be opening up in the vibrant shopping and gastronomic heart of the city and will offer a brand new Japanese Robata restaurant serving grilled cuisine, sushi and a bar stocked with Japanese beers and sake as part of a renovation that promises to revamp the hotel from top to bottom.

The port city of Casablanca will be getting a taste of oceanfront living when the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca opens up later this year. Located in the affluent Anfa residential neighbourhood, the five storey hotel overlooks the Atlantic coastline and puts guests minutes away from the city centre, top restaurants and cultural landmarks such as the Hassan II Mosque.

Designed as a resort style alternative to the crowded city, the hotel promises a myriad of experiences such as sunset view dining in some of the city’s best restaurants and a cutting edge Moroccan spa when it opens in late 2015.

Set for September 2015, the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul offers guests a prime location in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.

Discovering Seoul is an experience that blends historic neighbourhoods and serene temples with the hustle and bustle of its commercial district and eye catching pop culture.
